life after the sem ends...
so it seems that i'm even more busy after school ends than when i was mugging for the finals, writing my papers... got so much to do i dun even know where to start. drats...
1. so i spent the whole sem doing my cloning. cut here, cut there. take this piece out, join with the other. and finally, the construct is done! yes. FINALLY..... but guess what, the very next step- transfection is giving me problems again... attempt #1: cells all died, plate still in the incubator. hopefully some remaining live cells will actually pull thru... attempt #2: added less drug. but cells still happily living, not dying. hmmm... i need to strike the middle nice result!!! arghz.. we'll see.
2. need to pack soon. dunno where to start. room seems to have a lot of things somehow. oh well, and i really dun haf that much time to pack, esp since i spend the whole day at lab, only coming back in the late evenings.
3. i need to plan my west coast trip very very soon!!! 2 weeks till i fly over to LA, and nothing checked, accommodation not booked! arghz. cannot make my mummy 露宿街头 rite? =P
many, many more... hmm... too much things to do, but too sianz/ tired/ no time to do. having to wake up early at 8am is tiring... especially when i dun sleep that early... and my darling's so busy, so stressed. yet i cannot do anything much to help...
ok, enough complaining. maybe i'll sleep early tonite. get a bigbig good night's rest. and then start getting things into place. =P
darling JIAYOU!!! i love you. i'll always be 'here', no matter how far away i am, how little i can do for you. but know that you'll always have someone thinking of you, loving you. hang in there, very soon u'll b done too, and we'll be together, once again. -muack-
