pause it and take the screenshot of the whole desktop. then crop. i did it with quicktime. i think.
yes, it can be done with quicktime and other players. but this file is a .wmv, which can only be played using WMP (i think).
apparently the WMP video screen cannot be "print-screened". must be some stupid copyright thing.
