i just posted my income tax returns to the IRS. amused that i used a "i love you" commemorative stamp for that.
updated my flight details for flying back to sg. arriving on wednesday night sgt. no arrival party pls. :p
darling has been very stressed over her sch work. darling must 加油哦！
been feeling tired. even though i slept a lot (compared to spring break and last quarter). shld try sleeping even more till i no longer sleep in class. (if that's possible)
塞翁失马，焉知非福. wonder how many pple heard this chinese children's story before. i went happily to revelle plaza for a superbly good dinner (roast chicken, favourite corn bread, and strawberries!), and happily chatted with darling online over the dinner. unfortunately, lost my ID card then. only found out this morning when i had to pay for brunch. went to revelle to ask for it, (no luck), but luckily met sy who passed me envelope for my tax and a nice dvd "blue". (sy lost her card 5 times? 4 times it came back. powerful.) made my replacement card. wonder if ill find my old card back. wonder if anything good can come out of all this.
reminds me of time when darling and i were flying from SD to Raleigh. missed 2 flights, 1 luggage went as advance party, but in return for the extra trouble, we got to watch fireworks at scripps cliffs and roamed downtown sd for a day. worth the trouble? definitely.
lab is boring. DH5a (heat competent bacteria), KAT2 (kinesin protein), pSK (MCS vector)... the usual... not learning anything... hope things pick up soon...

i did lor... and it did come back. but i didn't find my modern art book. sigh. do i care? yes i do. wonder how personalities like you were formed. "do i care? not really." wow. i know i could never possibly say that. there are so many things that i can't let go of, and the fact that you can let go of them really amazes me. guess our philosophy for life is really different.
and what you lost your oakley again??? tian na. you are not fated to wear funky shades then. believe it or not hahaha.
